Every piece is carefully prepared and packaged in our workshop before being shipped worldwide.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide from Türkiye using trusted international shipping partners through ShipEntegra's global logistics network.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

All orders include tracking.

Tracking details will be sent via email once your package has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Aurielle Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work closely with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
